Honda have recently added a new model to their range called the Honda Fit She’s which is designed specifically for the Japanese female market and boasts a number of anti-aging, anti-wrinkle features including specialised skin softening air conditioning and a UV Verre Premium windscreen manufactured by the Asahi Glass Company (AGC) that Honda refer to as Super UV Cut Front Door Glass which blocks out 99% of all UV rays based on ISO9050-1990.
In 2010, General Motors announced that they had been developing computerised windscreens that highlight the edge of the road, potential road obstacles and assist with general car navigation.
We are not sure whether interactive windscreens would really enhance road safety or serve to cause a distraction. Particuarly on busy roads or highways.
Take a look at their press release video which explains all and let us know what you think!
